Charles A. Cooper
Charles is a graduate of
Mississippi State University
with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
While attending
college, he was a member of the Mississippi Air National Guard working
as a microwave
radio technician, the chief engineer of his family’s radio station,
WOSM, located
along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and he also worked in the college’s High Voltage
Laboratory as a research assistant. Upon graduating in
1992, Charles immediately
began employment as a staff engineer
at du Treil, Lundin & Rackley, Inc. and
in 1997 became a principal
of the firm. He is a past two-term president
of the
Association of Federal Communications Consulting Engineers (AFCCE),
and is a
presenter on numerous subjects including radio frequency,
radiation
exposure analysis, radio propagation fundamentals,
and field strength measurement
surveys.
Charles is a registered
professional engineer.
