Matthew W. Folkert Matt is an electrical engineering graduate (BSEE& MSEE) of the University of Michigan, where his studies were specialized in the areas of electromagnetic fields and antenna design. He worked as a graduate teaching and research assistant in the Radiation Laboratory while at the university. Following the completion of his formal education, he worked for the Voice of America, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Inc. and International Broadcast Systems, Inc. as a project engineer. A part of his work experience allowed him to manage projects and live oversees for four of his twelve years working for the three government entities. In 1996, Matt joined du Treil, Lundin & Rackley, Inc. in Sarasota, Florida as a project engineer specializing in medium wave allocation studies and antenna system design. Matt is also a member of the Association of Federal Communications Consulting Engineers (AFCCE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and . |
