  Jerry Manarchuck
  Jerry is an electrical engineering graduate (BSEE) from The   Pennsylvania State University, where he specialized in the area of   fiber-optics. After graduating from Penn State, he joined the firm of
  du Treil, Lundin & Rackley, Inc. in Sarasota, Florida, where he has   worked as a broadcast engineering consultant since 1995. As a   consultant, Jerry has been involved in, and has also supervised
  various projects in the areas of Digital and Analog   Television, Low   Power and Class A television, FM radio, FM translators, RFR   Exposure Studies, TV Field Strength Measurements, Radio Multiple   Ownership, and Radio/TV Cross Ownership studies. Jerry is a   registered professional engineer in the State of Florida. He is also   a member of the Association of Federal Communications Consulting   Engineers (AFCCE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic   Engineers (IEEE).
