Grafton
Olivera is an electrical engineering graduate (BSEE) from
the University of Puerto Rico,
where his studies were specialized
in the area of radio communications. During
his undergraduate
studies,
he worked as a research assistant in the Solid State
Physics Laboratory
of the Puerto Rico Nuclear Center. Grafton formerly practiced
as a consulting engineer for radio a TV stations in Puerto Rico,
as Director of Engineering of The Radio and Television Service
of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and as Director of Engineering
of El Mundo Broadcasting Corp. With over thirty years as a licensed Professional
Engineer, Grafton has been involved in all aspects of broadcasting engineering. He is a member of the
Institute of
Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
